Etsy Catalogue

We are working on a tool to help you transition your products from Etsy into crafts for Craft For Sale, we want to speed up your process 

• You will need to export a CVS file from Etsy 
• Upon import some required information will be needed from you but mostly everything else such as description will be transferred.
• You will need to add the pictures yourself because we have a different format for better performance and quality

• We are searching for bright creatives to join our platform early and test these excellent tools which we are so thrilled to present to the public very soon 
• You will be asked to publish your crafts and test the site, we are very keen to know about your experience
• We have a great Feedback section in the seller tools which allows you to quickly report feedback and bugs to our team (This feature isn't temporary but rather permanent for easy feed-backing with us)

Banning

Banning of Customers

• You're able to ban bad customers.
• Experiencing a dodgy order or harassment? You can ban the customer and not have to worry about it. You can of course report this to us too and we will further investigate your report. 

New Updates

Here is a list of newly implemented changes:

About You

• Going on Holiday? New button added to inform your customers that you are away and can't delivery products in your usual crafting window. You will need to also insert the date you are back to your craftystudio.
• Show my business location on a map you can now opt out of showing your postcode location in your Shop View

Banners 

• You can now purchase banners to advertise your products
• Banners come two sizes Small Banner and Big Banner
• Small Banners are located in the Category of your choice
• Big Banners can be placed in 3 different locations. 

Promoted

• Allows you to promote your specific craft which will appear at the top of the chosen category.
• You can navigate to this option by navigating to Seller --> Craft --> Find the Craft you want to promote --> Click on Shinning Yellow Star
