Seller is a user who lists items for sale.

5. Transactions and Payments

The marketplace acts solely as a platform to facilitate transactions and does not own or endorse any products listed by sellers.
All transactions are directly between the Buyer and the Seller, and buyers must agree to the seller’s terms and conditions at checkout.
Craft For Sale is not responsible for the accuracy of offers posted by sellers, the execution of transactions, or the transfer and receipt of payments.
Buyers are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the seller before completing any transaction.

6. Marketplace Disclaimer

Craft For Sale is currently under development and may contain bugs or errors that could affect functionality and user experience. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free at all times.

7. User Conduct

Buyers must adhere to all marketplace rules and behave lawfully and respectfully.
Engaging in illegal activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Craft For Sale reserves the right to suspend or terminate a buyer’s account for the following reasons:

Non-payment for orders.
Engagement in illegal activities.
Being blocked by three or more sellers.
At Craft For Sale's discretion, without providing a reason, at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

Buyers are encouraged to resolve disputes with sellers directly.
In cases where intervention is required, Craft For Sale may mediate to facilitate resolution but is under no obligation to do so.

10. Limitation of Liability

Craft For Sale, including its affiliates, partners, employees, or agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the marketplace, including but not limited to any transactions conducted through the marketplace, any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or computer viruses.
Craft For Sale does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the marketplace and disclaims liability for any issues arising from technical problems, including software bugs, server outages, or data loss.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Marketplace and all services provided therein are offered on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Craft For Sale makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the marketplace, its content, or the goods and services sold by sellers. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. Intermediary Role

Craft For Sale acts solely as an intermediary platform to connect buyers and sellers and does not take part in any transaction between buyers and sellers. Craft For Sale does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any goods or services listed by sellers. All transactions and interactions are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and Seller.

13. User Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for their actions on the marketplace, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Craft For Sale is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from a user's reliance on any information or content provided on the marketplace.

14. Indemnification

Buyers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craft For Sale, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to their use of the marketplace, their violation of these Terms, or their violation of any rights of another.

15. No Warranty for Technical Issues

Craft For Sale does not guarantee that the marketplace will operate without interruption or be free from errors. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical problems, including software bugs, server outages, or data loss.

16. Force Majeure

Craft For Sale shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, governmental actions, or any other events of force majeure.
