My name is Iza and all my products are carefully handmade by me with passion, care and great attention to detail.

Each product is hand-poured individually and made from natural wax, therefore slight variations in colour, shape or appearance may occur. Natural frosting may also appear, which is a normal characteristic of natural wax and does not affect the quality or performance of the product. This makes every item unique.

Please note that colour shades and scent intensity may vary slightly between batches due to the handmade nature of the products and natural wax composition.

Scent perception is subjective and may vary depending on personal sensitivity and the environment in which the product is used.

For best results and to maintain the longevity of the wax, it is recommended to use wax burners with a height of at least 13–14 cm. Only standard 4-hour tea lights should be used and should not be burned for longer than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating of the wax. Electric wax burners may also be used. Always keep away from children and pets and never leave a burning candle or wax burner unattended.

All products fully comply with current legal regulations and carry the required safety labelling. They are produced using high-quality ingredients from certified UK suppliers only. My products are free from paraffin, parabens and unnecessary additives.

All fragrance oils comply with IFRA standards (International Fragrance Association), which regulate the safe use of fragrance ingredients in scented products.

For safety and to maintain product quality and longevity, scented products should be stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment via Royal Mail and customers receive a tracking number.

Shipping is currently available within the United Kingdom only.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. The Seller is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to request a return, provided the seller is notified in advance. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error occurred on the seller’s side. After sending the return, the buyer should inform the seller and provide the tracking number.

If an item arrives damaged, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged product.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the Seller receiving the returned products.

Products are sold to customers aged 18 and over. Safety and usage instructions are provided with each order.

Customers with allergies or sensitivities should carefully review product ingredients before use. If unsure, please contact the seller before purchasing.

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of Products, failure to follow safety instructions, or indirect losses.

Any defects or issues should be reported to the Seller immediately via email. The Seller will respond within 48 hours
