1. Product Descriptions and Variability
Each of our products is handmade and unique. As such, there may be slight variations in color, size, or design from the images shown in our listings. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafting process and are not viewed as defects.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments must be processed and confirmed within 24 hours of the transaction. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and the buyer may be reported to the marketplace for non-payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
If payment is not confirmed within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, and the item will be relisted. We reserve the right to report repeated instances of non-payment to the marketplace administration.
4. Shipping and Handling
Items are shipped once payment has been confirmed. We dispatch our products within 3-14 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping costs and the choice of shipping method are determined at checkout. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. Any customs duties or additional taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, items must be in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Replacements will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If approved, a replacement will be sent, based on the buyer’s preference.
6. Digital products
Digital products, in whole or in part, are non-refundable. Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
