I am pleased to offer unique, handcrafted products, each crafted with love and care. By purchasing from me through this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Descriptions and Variability.
Each of my products is handmade and unique. Therefore, there may be slight differences in color, size or appearance from the images shown in my listings. These differences are a natural part of the craftsmanship process and cannot be perceived as defects.
2. Payment Terms.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments must be processed and confirmed within 24 hours of the transaction. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and the buyer may be reported to the marketplace for non-payment.
3. Cancellation Policy.
If payment is not confirmed within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, and the item will be relisted. I reserve the right to report repeated instances of non-payment to the marketplace administration.
4. Crafting process and shipping.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the creation process begins.
Since most of my products are made to order, the delivery time frames for the finished product shown during purchase are only contractual and may be extended due to, for example, a queue of customers waiting to complete the order or the need to replenish the materials necessary to complete the order. In such a case, the buyer will be immediately informed about the actual possible order completion date.
As soon as the creation process is completed, the product will be shipped to the customer.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. Any customs fees or additional taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact me within 5 working days of receiving your item to check if You qualify for a return and refund.
NOTICE: Do not send back the item before You hear from me.
Taking into account the differences and features of handicraft listed in point 1 of these regulations, only failure to meet the order completion deadline or sending the wrong product by mistake may be the basis for accepting a complaint and refunding the money.
If You will qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent by my mistake.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, or a right item will be sent, based on the buyer’s preference.
