Terms and Conditions for Unique Soul Creations - Handmade Crochet Items

Thank you for choosing Unique Soul Creations! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 1. Product Information

- All items are handmade with love and care. As a result, there may be slight variations in size, shape, and color from the images shown on the website or social media platforms. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade products.
- Materials used are typically listed on each product description. If you have any allergies or concerns regarding materials (e.g., wool, cotton, etc.), please contact us prior to purchasing.

2. Orders & Payments

- Order Process: Orders can be placed through Crafts for Sale. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Custom Orders: We accept custom orders subject to material availability and production time. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments must be received in full before items are shipped.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping Locations: We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.
- Dispatch Time: Handmade items typically take 3 workingdays for ready items to be dispatched. Custom orders may take longer and the estimated delivery time will be communicated when you place a custom order.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK deliveries typically take 2 working days, and international deliveries may take longer.
- Customs & Import Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as production may have begun.
- Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe there is an issue.
- Refunds: If your return is accepted, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Exchanges: Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.

5. Custom Orders

- Custom orders are welcome! Once a design and price have been agreed upon, we require a 50%from agreed price a  non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the item is dispatched.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the item is faulty.

6. Liability
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the postal service, but we will assist in tracking and recovering the package where possible.

7. Privacy
- Personal information is used only to process orders and will not be shared with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order.

8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by UK law, and disputes will be handled in UK courts.
